Custom courses are available for neighbors, friends, coworkers, or even groups of similar-breed dogs. Each program is thoughtfully built to address the real-life skills your group wants to focus on, whether that’s better manners, confidence building, leash skills, or behavior challenges. Courses are offered as structured 4- or 6-week programs, meeting at the same time each week to create consistency and progress. Each session focuses on a new set of behaviors and management strategies, giving you and your dog the opportunity to learn, practice, and build reliable foundation skills in a supportive group environment. Training is conducted using positive reinforcement methods in a fear-free, supportive learning environment. We use practical, real-world tools such as flat collars or harnesses with a 6-foot leash. Long lines may be incorporated when working on skills like recall to safely build distance and reliability. Locations are selected based on participant convenience and weather considerations to ensure the best possible learning environment for both dogs and handlers.
