Day training package

Service Description

Need a little help getting your dog caught up on training? Or starting training? Day training is an alternative training option for pet parents when busy schedules, family obligations or physical ability interferes with teaching your pup. It is an option to support your puppy’s training. These sessions can provide needed consistency and expertise for faster learning. I will work with just your dog in your home or neighborhood environment and send you notes with pictures and/or video of what they are learning. Day training sessions can cover a wide variety of behaviors from manners, basic obedience, walking skills or help with socialization for fearful dogs. New clients will require a private in-home session with you first, to assess your dog's training needs, your behavior goals and create a training plan. A follow up coaching session may be required for you to learn what your pup has learned so you can support your dog's new skills for clear understanding and communication between you and your pup. We schedule day sessions and the number of sessions will be determined by the behavior goals. This is a package of 4 individual 1 hour day training sessions. Pricing is adjusted for number of sessions and time needed. Call for pricing and availability.

Cancellation Policy

Because there are many dogs both private and rescue, needing help and often in real distress about a serious behavioral problem, it is painful to delay services and then have scheduled appointments cancel last minute or not show up. We hope that you understand the need to ask clients to cancel appointments at least 72 hours before your appointment. The full session fee will be due the same day for no-shows or same day cancellations. You may receive credit for the private session or class/playgroup as a 'rescheduled'. *
